Written on behalf of Doosan Infracore Construction Equipment America, Two Rivers Marketing explored how tight deadlines and undertrained operators can cause crucial routine maintenance to go overlooked. Authored by public relations executive Allison McNeal, the article, its supporting images and an infographic appeared in Equipment Today and reached more than 77,000 readers.
Merit award for Integrated Communications Campaign: Vermeer Ultimate Crew and Underground Showdown Campaign
The Vermeer Ultimate Crew contest was designed to recognize and reward the talented individuals in the underground utility industry and culminated in a special event dubbed the Underground Showdown, where four of the best horizontal directional drilling crews in North America competed in a live skills competition. The campaign brought together customers, dealers, the manufacturer and the media while building pride and loyalty toward the industry and the Vermeer brand.
Merit award for Media Relations Program: Miller Commercial Media Relations Program
As a leading worldwide manufacturer of welding equipment, Miller Electric Mfg. Co. has a variety of welding products designed for the commercial DIY audience. Two Rivers Marketing, on behalf of Miller, focused heavily on earned media relations strategies to reach key audiences and drive increased awareness, which resulted in more than 22 million impressions during the campaign year.
