You’re a strategic thinker and a leader. You’re ready to show our clients the path to success, because you have a keen understanding of business objectives and the marketing initiatives needed to achieve it. Most of all, you’re hungry to serve as a true steward of our clients’ brands: You want to collaborate with our strategy, creative, media, public relations, and digital teams — as well as your Managing Director — to develop integrated program strategies and marketing plans and ensure that a high degree of strategy is embedded in all aspects of our clients’ programs.
As an Account Director, you’ll build lasting relationships with our clients. When conflicts occur, you’ll resolve them. You’ll use your keen communication skills to provide ongoing strategic recommendations, which will lead to consistent account growth. You’ll work closely with your Managing Director to assess your clients’ marketing needs — and develop strategic solutions that grow our revenue. You’ll also manage your associates, establishing their training and development plans, guiding their growth opportunities, ensuring they are utilized appropriately, and conducting their annual performance appraisals.
